What is Black Clover? Black clover is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. The story follows Asta, a young boy born without any magic power. This is unknown to the world he lives in because seemingly everyone has some sort of magic power.

There are four kingdoms in the world of black clover.
These are spade kingdom, Heart kingdom, Clover kingdom, and Diamond kingdom.
Asta and yuno lives in Clover kingdom.
There are humans who holds good magic and they are known as magic knights The magic knights are divided into 9 squads which are Golden Dawn, Black Bulls, Silver Eagles, Crimson Lions, Purple Orcas, Aqua Deers, Blue Rose, Green Mantis, and Coral Peacock. Each Squad has 1 captain and a vice captain.
A magic emperor is the person who is the strongest amongst the magic knights in each kingdom. The current magic emperor in Clover Kingdom is Julius NovaChrono
Trivias:
- Did you know that Julius is the 28th person to hold the title of Wizard King, and while he almost died during the Reincarnation arc, he survives and hold onto the title moving into the following arcs.
- There are 4 great spirits in black clover but only 3 are known for now.
- Yuno is more popular than the main character which is asta. Crazy right?
